Where does one begin.......
I love selling real estate. It is funny at how many people over the years that have said to me "that I have found my niche", but in all honesty....I really have. I enjoy each and every day of it.

I work with Century 21 which I am sure most of you have heard of. It is one of THE largest real estate companies in the world, giving your property GLOBAL exposure. This exposure, combined with my previous employer TAC Real Estate, which has sold 1000's of condos over the past ten years has given me extensive knowledge of the residential market. Knowledge of you, the client, and knowledge of the product that I am selling. This is my full time job, I take that seriously. In saying that I am here to also make this process an enjoyable one......
Now what about Eric outside of real estate.
Travel is huge for me. I love going places. I have spent time in over 32 countries........with the list growing. One of my life goals is to see all the Wonders of the World - http://ce.eng.usf.edu/pharos/wonders/other.html

I also love to be outdoors. I enjoy almost any sport but my big passion is running. I have been running for several years. Over the years, I have run marathons in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, New York, Dublin, the Okanagan and Seattle. I have also had the honour of finishing a Canadian Ironman Championship in Penticton. Another big race was from Mt. Everest Base Camp www.everestmarathon.com having run a marathon there as well.
My family all lives in Vancouver. This is great as I get to see my parents, two brothers and their wives and my niece and nephew on a regular basis. Finally, but most importantly, my wife, who really is my life.
My attitude in life is to:
- pack as much activity into it as I can.
- enjoy each and every day.
- make someone's life a little better each day.
- never stop learning.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a bit better. I look forward to working together in the near future.
With warm regards,
Eric
