Sophia
I wrote a deal yesterday first thing at the Sophia development through the Bowra group. Toured the property, which is at Sophia and 11th on the east side of Vancouver, last Thursday with my clients. Had a really great conversation with Derek Lai from the Bowra Group who assisted my clients through the whole process. The building turned out really well. High ceiling with some really nice views. We atarted on the Penthouse floor and worked our way down. We really liked 702 on the south side with great views, but ended up falling in love with 203. Nice big (826 sf one and den) suite with 9' ceiling and a huge balcony. The outlook is nice and private. Gas cooking which really helps. Completion is a quick turn around and my clients are VERY happy.
