Sell, Sell Sell
Well Well Well or is it Sell Sell Sell... Busy day to say the least. I have been a busy realtor over the past several weeks with the Real Estate market picking back up again in Vancouver. I have just sold two condos over at the development First on First. I feel that it will be a landmark building in the heart of Kits. One condo was on the backside with a huge roof top patio the other was a 1227 sf two bedroom with great views of Downtown Vancouver. It overlooks the park at the entrance to Kits. I have been working on a few deals over at the "new" South Granville Lofts. The building in nine years old but it also some, what I would consider, some of the best views of Downtown Vancouver around. Nice thing is that buyers can move into it almost right away. Also just finished selling another condo at Camera, an Intercorp Development at 8th and Pine. The unit is over 1200 sf with the biggest deck I have seen around.....1300 sf. Larger then the condo itself. It really is beautiful.
