540 Beatty and Townline

Morning.  Well things are certianly picking up.  I have been very busy running around like a madman, selling a ton of property downtown.

I just had subjects off a place at 540 Beatty, which is now 546 Beatty. ????  The original asking price was around $ 438 000.  My clients decieded to put in an offer.  We went back and forth on prices.  With the research of prices "out there" were offering in the high 300's but was not getting much consideration from Townline. The sales girl, Yvonne, said that there was another deal with similar numbers as us.  My clients felt that things were not running off the shelf and comfortable to step back and wait.  The sales team then contact me to let us know that prices had dropped to below $ 400 000.  "Now we are talking."  We discussed the options and moved down a floor with higher ceilings (12-13').  Agreed on a price and done.  My clients are EXTREMELY happy.

I have always loved all of the Townline product.  From 1180 Homer, 1168 Richards (which I have sold another client) to the new 1241 Homer. Kudos to Cathy Grant (no relation).  She was the one signing the deals and was just fantastic.  Very in tune with open communication with my clients.  Sat down with the three of us and we "talked" about it.  Very realistic and understanding.  Highly recommend any Townline stuff!!
